Sturdy frame. Wood is okay for dumbbell work but too flimsy for step-ups. I had to reinforce it.

Easy to assemble and great for home use

This item is exactly what we paid for. Sturdy, easy to put together and lightweight enough that one person can move it around no problem. Please note that it does not adjust, if you want that select a different bench.

I began to assemble a home gym setup when the Covid-19 pandemic closed down most businesses. The Zeny flat bench is very light and works well with every exercise I need it for. Setup was simple and took me about 10 minutes to complete

This bench is amazing! Just to be clear, I am 6’5 and weigh about 240 pounds. I am also an athlete and lift relatively heavy weight. This bench fits me perfectly and feels sturdy and stout. Not to mention it is extremely comfortable! It only took me about 15 minutes to put together and nothing was missing in the package. The best part about this bench, in my opinion, is that it is extremely light yet very well balanced! It does not wobble at all and is easy to move around the house. All in all, it is a great bench that I cannot recommend more, even at the current price. Awesome product!

Don't understand the poor reviews as for the money this bench does all it's supposed to. I only use dumbells, and so far using a 55lb pair along with my 190lb body is no issue at all. Looks great, easy to assemble, handles what I need it for. My guess is if used with barbell and heavy weight(there are no brackets so don't get how you can) this is not the bench for you. Perfect for dumbell routines.

It is a very strong and stable workbench, I had a lot of fun with it. Even though it not super heavy but which did not harm the good quality!

A bench's job is simple: to hold you while you exercise. However, not all benches do a good job at that. This bench has a solid feel to it and does not wobble while in use. The padding is very comfortable as well. It is fairly light without feeling too light, and is well designed. I am glad I purchased it, and would recommend it to anybody in the market for a new exercise bench.

Great bench for when space is at a premium. I've recently switch to Crossfit type workouts in my basement and space is limited. After doing extensive research online I came across the Marcy Flat Utility Bench. Read all the reviews and pulled the trigger on it. Well since I received it I couldn't be happier. Small, sturdy, compact and good looking to boot. The red stitching on the pad makes it look more expensive than it is. The pad itself is very firm which is great for all of my needs. I'm 225 pounds and did hip thrusters on it tonight with 165 pounds and the bench was rock solid. If space is a concern I'm not sure if you'll find another bench at this price point that's this small and sturdy. Oh, and the bench is pretty light too and designed that if you made a wood bracket you could hang it from a wall with little trouble to really get it out of your way.
