Satisfied with shipping time and the machine. Assembly was easy but instructions were confusing. Haven't figured out how to adjust the hand grips on the resistance bands.

As soon it arrived, I assembled it. Easy to assemble. Just took 5 minutes. My family tested and all agreed that it was satisfactory and money well invested. Despite the issue of getting it delivered which was at no sellers fault, but the circumstances with the weather and services provided by carriers limited, seller kept it word by having it delivered at the second provided date. Very satisfied with the product received.

I really am enjoying my vibration plate. I got it because I have osteoporosis and my Dr recommended that I get one. It’s easy to use and helps so many things. I have had bad feet, knees and a bad shoulder. After only one use all three felt substantially better. I’ll use it twice a day and hope it really helps the osteoporosis too.

My wife loves this product, but putting it together would be better if the instructions were not in such poor English and the photos were a little clearer. I did not (could not) use the written instructions as the language was worse than a fifth grade level and unintelligible. I imagine that's because someone in China attempted to put the instructions in English. Just go to YouTube for a video of how to put it together and disregard the written instructions. Very easy to put together once you get a picture of how to do it.

My Doctor suggested I get one. I have bad knees and what ever it does, it does it well. My knees would wake me up several times through the night just aching. After using it before bed I slept through the night, no pain.
