So far so good it was. It was an easy assemble I did by myself. The instructions were pretty easy to navigate and read. I used the bench a couple times so far. No complaints! I’m using it for a small home gym in my garage. It’s not to bulky or take up a lot of space. It’s not to heavy can move it around without straining myself.

Would like to buy another one, but when will it stock.? It’s that good.

Ease of assembly-You literally just remove it from the box, remove the plastic wrap, unfold it and put the backrest pin in one of the brackets for it and it's ready to go. I was a little worried when a) I picked it up and it was light as a feather and b) the narrowness of the legs, but I did few reps on it and it seems rock solid. Did a few dumbell rows (with one hand and one knee on the bench) to check it, and again, no wobble....steady as a rock....on carpet. TIme will tell how it holds up, but i'm digging it so far.

I bought this bench and it works but if you want it for the decline and sit-ups then this is not the bench for it. In the decline position it is uncomfortable and the feet cushions do not stick out far enough for leaning back. The bench itself is sturdy and works fine for flat and incline.

This bench is great. It got here in less than 2 weeks and literally pulled straight out of the box already put together, couldn't be easier to unfold and start using. I included pictures of the bench in my power cage setup so you can reference the size. This bench sits lower to the ground than my last one which is perfect because it let's you have your feet flat on the ground when lifting vs up on your toes.
The bench itself looks small but is unbelievably sturdy for its size. Great design. I can rep 185lbs benching and I honestly don't even feel the bench flex or hear any noise like I'm straining it at all. Very solid. The width of the backrest is perfect for me and is very comfortable.
My only complaint is that both the back rest and the bottom were screwed in and assembled to the frame with the protective bag covering on them. Most people would probably just tear the bag off and never see the plastic caught under the frame but that kind of stuff annoys me so I removed the screws and took the bag off both sides.
I would recommend this bench to anyone!

The steel on this appears sturdy, and it feels solid when it's set up. The cushion feels like good material that won't fray right away or fall apart because it got sweat on it. I'm also impressed with how light-weight it is, and easy to fold up and store or carry from one room to another.
I was surprised at how easy it was to figure out, and it's also not hard to switch positions while wanting to maintain momentum mid-workout. Incline, Decline, and (flat) Recline are all steady.
I do wish the foot pegs you can use to secure your feet could be adjusted to stick out farther, but they do have the ability to be moved up and down the stand.
Overall this is a really good, solid piece of gym furniture for the home with a decent price.

Not bad but not great either. You get what you pay for but it’s not bad for the money. If you’re looking for some relatively inexpensive that’s practical and almost ready to use out of the box than this is the bench for you. I tried doing sit-ups and the gap between the seat and back support was a bit to wide so it felt weird on my back but it’s not a deal breaker.

Well, it’s the apocalypse so I needed a bench so I can workout while sheltered in place. Was a bit hesitant to buy this product because it was reasonably priced and figured it therefore would be a million pounds and a nightmare to assemble with surely a screw or five leftover after assembling it over the course of eight hours.
However, to my surprise, it is lightweight and this puppy came fully assembled and folded up in the box. I now need to figure out what to do with the remaining 7 hours and 50 minutes I had allotted today to assembling this bench.
