The rack needs to be back more from the head of the bench. I’m 6’1” so I need to move down on the seat of the bench but I’m restricted by the leg and preacher attachment. The opening to put the leg and preacher attachment needs to be lower than the seat of the bench b

Received it a few days later, well packaged. Less than 2 hours to assemble. Looks nice set-up in our basement. Its made of quality materials, designed extremely well, and performs beyond my expectations! In the 90's I was powerlifting but got injured, had surgery and retired from lifting. I'm 55 now, 6' 2" at 200 lbs., and have wanted to get my body strength back up to a more acceptable level as I enter these later years. THIS BENCH IS AWESOME! I love the width of the catches (plenty of space for wide grips) and the flexibility of positioning them as needed. The built in squat rack is perfect for me! Everything is solid and safe, and easy to position for different exercises.. I was skeptical about the curl bar at first so I left it off a couple weeks then thought I'd at least try it. Even that is well designed! I'm a busy man, don't have time to read or write product reviews, but Marcy, you guys knocked it out of the park with this bench! THANK YOU!

I bought this for the same reason you might be reading this review, covid. I’d been working out at my apartments gym and my favorite exercise was the bench machine they had. Well March comes round and I go one day, and they tell me they are closing it until further notice after that day. I was very unhappy and I thought I’d wait it out. That was a mistake. Well I decided to take things into my hands and pierce together. I looked at a lot of benches a long time. I decided to get this one and am happy I did. It holds up! I lost a lot of progress benching so I’m not where I was, but this bench is so sturdy. It’s comfortable! It doesn’t make me nervous to lift on. Listen, can I be real honest with you? My cat loves to chill on the porch with me when I lift. Half the time I’m benching you can find him sleeping UNDER me. He lays under the bench while I’m workin on my reps. That’s how safe and sturdy this bad boy is. It folds up, it’s got great mechanics to it. I use it for sit ups even. When doing sit up you might feel it move a tad, but that’s really only because of the joint where it folds. This bad boys going no where are you’re gonna like yours if mine does me right.

When I originally bought this bench, it was not at all what I wanted. The bench was too small and I was not happy at all and I didn't make the return policy in time. However, the owner contacted me directly with my concerns and made everything right.

Overall its a great bench came assembled in the box and its very easy to fold and unfold to save space which is very helpful. Only down side i have is that the decline position for the bench seems a little too low and isn’t the most comfortable on the back but it’s manageable.

I bought the weight bench for our home gym. Me and my husband like to have our workout done at home, but building a home gym ain’t cheap. Our home gym is the garage. So We are looking for a weight bench that is durable and easy to store. Of course, I did a lot of research on benches. Read about it’s reviews. luckily I found this one that is reasonable price and it is adjustable. The bench has seven back adjustments and three sit adjustment. you can do plenty of chest and back workout with this bench. It has all the functions a bench should have. Very stable and firm. On top of that, it is easy to store too. My only concern is the padding. Most time, when you going to the gym many bench padding worn out. so I’m being very be careful with the padding. So far, We really like it. We are enjoying it with our workout routine.

The bar for my press and sports very well suited me in all sizes. The quality is suitable for the crossbar. The press is swinging fine. I wanted to say that it is convenient for those who do not have a large room or living room - this bar can be folded in half and put near the wall or put into the wardrobe! I am pleased

would recommend it to anyone who has a home gym.
The reason why I like it:
1. It comes in a frustrate free package. I can use it right out of the box.
2. Small and compact. It is a little smaller, compared to the bench you seen at LA fitness. I actually liked this feature a lot. So it wouldn’t need a lot of spaces and prefect size for my little home gym.
3. Sturdy and padded surface. You definitely can tell it is well made. The surface feels firm and comfortable too.
The only thing I hope it can be improved:
The adjust sign is not very clear and I hope it can mark some indication about how high should I go for specific workout.

The bench is sturdy, and is exactly what I needed. Comes with a cool chart for exercises to try and is easy to shift for what I want to do.i purchased the bench because I needed one that would fold easily and easy to store.

It is not necessary to go to the gym now . You can workout anytime at home, and it is very convenient to fold and store. i am so impressed after sit on the bench，feel safe and stable when i use it. and of cause it’s very comfortable too .
