For the price point in a home gym this is wonderful. Comes mostly assembled- took me about 10 distracted minutes to finish it. I’m 5’7 and the setting is in the middle, so it has a good range of adjustment. The easiest setting is a little challenging after months of not doing these and it isn’t as sturdy as a gym unit(which costs 10x this). This works for me, and if you’re male or buying for one remember you want a split pad like this one. The only thing I would personally like better is if the padded leg brackets could be fixed in place. Dog is 12lbs for size.

I've had this Murtisol Adjustable Roman Chair Hyper Extension Bench for about 3 weeks now and have used it about 10 times. What I can say about it is... I LOVE IT! I was a bit skeptical on buying it at first because there was not a single review on this item anywhere on the internet. So I Googled the company Murtisol and saw they made a lot of exercise equipment that were very highly rated. The pictures also looked very good. Lastly, I emailed customer service to make sure this product folded flat because it did not state it in the description and there were no pictures with it being fold flat. Therefore, I emailed customer service and they quickly responded and confirmed that it does in fact fold flat. Therefore, I took the plunge and ordered it. Shipping was very quick, I believe it arrived within 5-7 days. Here are the pros and cons: PROS: 1. Excellent price! I purchased this for $110 (I guess as an introductory price), but even if it were priced at $150 it would still be worth it and still be a great value. 2. Great Build Quality- Everything is very solid and does not feel cheap, especially for the price. I am 180 lbs and it feels very solid when I do my back extensions. It does not wiggle or feel like it will collapse on me. This roman chair has some weight to it, but not so much that it is too heavy to move around. It is a great balance of weight and stability. 3. Easy Installation- It came pretty much built already. All that you need to do is screw on 4 bolts and put the padding. It took about 15 minutes. 4. Folds Flat- This is one of the main things I was looking for as I use this for a home gym. When not in use, I love that I can fold it and lean it against the wall to save floor space. This was a really big selling point for me. 5. Left and Right Pads- As a man, I really appreciate this. Many of the folding roman chairs in the market only have one large pad, but this one has two. This was a big selling point for me also. 6. Great Height Adjustment even for shorter people- I am 5'7 and I am able to use it very comfortably. At the lowest setting, this can probably still be used be people even at 5'3 maybe. This is great as I saw reviews for other roman chairs were too big or built for only tall people. This is great not only for taller people, but shorter people as well. 7. Great customer service- I always appreciate great customer service, and Allen and Mandy were great in answering my questions prior to my order (and quick also). CONS: 1. There aren't really any cons at all for this product, but if I were to be nit-picky, the only CON I can say is that there was some overspray on the main frame. I would consider this very minor though and it doesn't really bother me when I consider all of the many other PROS this roman chair has. If you are unsure about getting this Hyper Extension Roman Chair because there aren't any reviews on the internet yet, don't worry... JUST GO BUY IT! I was in the same situation, but I am very glad I made the purchase. You won't regret it!
